People often consult refractory mud, refractory mud, high temperature cement, refractory sand. They are common high temperature resistant materials, in which the main role of refractory mortar is to build refractory brick joint material, adding water and mix to become refractory mud. And the high temperature cement is a fireproof powder mixed with high temperature rubber from the cement - like refractory products. Refractory sand is a kind of refractory aggregate with a certain size, which is often used together with refractory mortar and refractory cement as the lining protection layer. Generally refers to fine refractory aggregate. High temperature fire-resistant mud, also often referred to as high temperature fire-resistant mud, is mainly used as joint materials for masonry refractory products. The fire-resistant mud sold on the market is mostly dry powder, which is used in the construction site by adding water to make mud.
(1) Raw materials: high temperature fireclay is made of high alumina powder, local kaolin, plus plasticizer, water-reducing agent and burning AIDS. It is mainly used as joint material for masonry of high aluminum products or as protective coating for lining materials.
(2) Binder: According to the properties of the binder, it can be divided into ceramic binding, hydraulic binding, chemical binding and organic binding.
(3) High-temperature fireclay: There are two kinds of high-temperature fireclay: one is dry powdery, and the other is muddy. Most of the fire mud is dry powdery, in the construction site can only be mixed with water into muddiness, generally adding water at 25%~30%.
(4) Performance of refractory mortar at high temperature: it is required that the performance of refractory mortar at high temperature should match that of corundum bricks. At high temperature, corundum bricks and corundum bricks can withstand various chemical and physical actions in the furnace. In particular, petrochemical enterprises require high temperature kilns with good overall structure, high air tightness and small requirements for brickwork joints (most requirements are less than 1mm). Therefore, fine particle size and good adhesion of refractory mortar are required, and the bonding time should not be too fast.
